Grand Palms is owned by Dean & Betsy Peterson of Glenwood, Minnesota USA. The Petersons began vacationing in the Cayman Islands in 1989. They fell in love with the islands and have always had the desire to own property and make Cayman their Winter home. The lure of the beautiful Caribbean and the friendly Caymanian people were too much to resist and when Grand Palms became available in 2001, it was a great fit for them and the property was purchased in January of that year.

Since then the Petersons have taken a very pro-active approach to the continued development of Grand Palms. Although it was already regarded as one of the finest condominium complexes in South Sound, the Petersons are always keen to enhance their guests experience and maintain a continuous programme of renovations and improvements including internal redecoration, renewal of interior furnishings and extensive landscaping. The property has also benefitted from the installation of a new standing-seam roofing system.

Dean, Betsy and their family can be seen in the photo gallery above; their daughters Rachelle and Alissa, Alissa's husband Cory and their two children (Dean and Betsy's grand-children) Aliyah and Michael. The Petersons visit the island frequently and can often be seen around the complex - they look forward to meeting with you.
